E-ANTIQUES SALES CONDITIONS

VALIDITY OF THE SALES CONTRACT, GOODS AND PRICE INFORMATION

Sales conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store. 

From the online store E-antiik.ee, you can buy natural wooden furniture, including both antique and new solid wood furniture.  

Prices for products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. Please note that a delivery fee will be added to the price.  

The delivery fee depends on the delivery method and the location of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer upon placing the order.  

Information about the goods is provided directly next to the goods in the Online Store. 

ORDER PLACEMENT

To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart.

To place an order, you must fill in the required data fields, entering your personal information. We assure you that we maintain the security of your personal data. 

After filling in the personal data form, choose a suitable delivery method for the products. Then, the fee amount will be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or another payment solution.

The contract becomes effective from the moment the amount due is received in the Online Store's settlement account. We will send an email confirmation of the order and also display confirmation of the order acceptance on the website.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of stock or for another reason, we will inform the buyer at the earliest opportunity and refund the paid money (including delivery costs) without delay, but no later than 2 days from sending the notice. 

E-store transactions are conducted in euros, and bank links are provided by Montonio.

Goods ordered from the online store E-antiik.ee are delivered within Europe.  

The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the product. 

Domestic shipments in Estonia generally reach the designated destination within 2-5 business days from the effective date of the sales contract.  

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to deliver the goods within up to 14 calendar days.  

E-antiik uses the services of Cargobus OÜ and Eesti Post AS for shipping goods.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.  

To use the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in a manner allowed for testing the goods in a physical store. 

If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods. To return the goods, please submit a return application to us at info@e-antiik.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. 

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, except in the case where the reason for return is due to the fact that the returned goods do not correspond to the ordered goods (e.g., wrong or defective product).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the sending of the email or provide proof that he/she has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period. The online store will refund all fees received from the buyer under the contract upon receiving the returned goods, not later than 14 days after the goods have arrived at our warehouse.

 The online store may refuse to make refunds until it has received back the goods that are the subject of the contract.

If the buyer has purchased the goods from a physical or online store and chosen "Pick up myself" as the transportation method or wished to store the goods in our warehouse for a short term until delivery by agreement, it is the customer's responsibility to organize transportation or pick up the goods no later than 6 months after paying the invoice. After 6 months, the order will be canceled, and the cost of the goods will not be refundable. 

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the goods back from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store has been mistakenly marked significantly below the market price of the goods.

The online store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of the transfer of the item and that becomes apparent within 2 years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer.

The buyer has the right to address the online store within 2 months of the defect becoming apparent, by sending an email to info@e-antiik.ee or by calling +372 56 979 164.  

If the goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store will refund all the fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.

The online store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that enables written reproduction within 7 days. 

The online store processes your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the sales contract and also based on our legitimate interestPlease familiarize yourself with our data protection conditions, where we have detailed our rights, obligations, and responsibility, as well as your rights in relation to your personal data.

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer has the option to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can get acquainted with the procedural conditions and submit an applicationv. here. The jurisdiction of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Reviewing the buyer's complaint in the committee is free of charge.

The buyer may turn to the platform for resolving consumer disputes of the.  European Union.
